The First Ammendment Public House

The First Ammendment Public House, 150 W. Liberty Street, Wooster, Ohio

With Denny Wright on bass and Doug Ackerman on drums the J.J. Vicars Trio perform an evening of Blues, Boogie & Rock 'n' Roll at a very unique location, one whose idea we hope to see spread in popularity. From their website;

The idea for the First Amendment Public House was born of the belief that any problem can be solved using civil discussion and education.  Family owned and operated and located in historic downtown Wooster, 1A is home to monthly debates as well as the best burger in town and an ever-changing selection of craft beers.  While the country struggles to find a balance between freedom-to and freedom-from, we exist to provide a stage for the lost art of democratic argument.   Democracy flourishes when civil debate is used to solve social issues.  Welcome to The First Amendment Public House, where we can agree to disagree and still enjoy a beer together.
